RPi Camera

Post by Drgordon » Wed Jun 22, 2022 4:06 pm

Hi, has anyone experience of the ArduCam, sold at the Pi Hut and no doubt other places too. Its described on the packaging as a 16MP IMX519 autofocus camera module. Does anyone know if it works on the various versions of Portsdown?
Thanks in anticipation, Gordon

According to one of the reviews, "The shutter speed has a minimum of 500ms".

Hi

I have no idea whether this camera will work with Portsdown. The only way to tell would be for someone to buy it and try it.

In any case, I cannot provide ongoing support as I do not have one to test with (and have enough trouble testing all the existing supported hardware).

Hi, thanks for your replies; I can confirm that the Arducam IMX519 camera works fine on my Portsdown 2020. My problem was with the CSI-HDMI adaptors which were from different manufacturers and were incompatible.
