I've only just spotted this and wonder if it's our (Kent Television Group) equipment that was sold a couple of years back without permission. I have been trying to track it down as we want it back! Ours had a Solent with PLL on 1310MHz and the usual brick PA in 19" rack unit.
If you or anybody can help locate this it would be much appreciated.
