No longer required so I'm parting with this amplifier which is specified at 2.0-4.0 GHz. It was in use as a 13cm preamplifier, it could also be useful for those working 9cm's.
Supply voltage is 15 Volts but it worked fine running off a 13.6 Volt PSU in my loft. SMA in/out.
