It include a pre-assembled printed circuit with all CMS components, a NIM SERIT FTS-4334LV, a 40 pin connector associated with the NIM and several different coloured LEDs. The NIMM will need to be soldered to the board and the whole mounted in a case.
I bought this but never got around to assembling it. The cost was just a little under Eur140 including postage etc.
I am selling for £100 plus shipping at cost or may be collected QTHR in Rochester, Kent.
