It has a motherboard etc in it and I think it's running Windows95, but I can't really remember the precise details. I could hook up a keyboard, mouse and screen to confirm the spec if anyone is seriously interested.
I've actually got two of these available. Not identical but near enough.
As per my other posts, these are free to a good home or you can throw in a bottle of decent wine if you're feeling generous!
I'd just like to save them from landfill really.
