PAL to NTSC and NTSC to PAL converter

Framestore type converter.
Two video in and two video out plus stereo audio in and out sockets. All phono type.
Will convert a PAL video signal to NTSC or the other way around.
Housed in a metal case and with it's own mains PSU built in.
Looking for £18 for the converter - postage will be £6.00 as it weighs 2.3kg
