Teletext Encoder fpga XCS10-3PC84C

Hi
I am wanting to build the Teletext Encoder design by PE1OBW, see CQTV 199, BUT my problem is I need a Xilinx XCS10-3PC84C fpga chip. Does anyone have such a chip or know a person that does that they are able to sell me.I have tried many so called obsolete stock suppliers around the world, but I guess since I am not a Company ,they do not even reply to my requests.I have been in contact with Werner - PE1OBW,who kindly let me have the related info but he has moved on to Digital thingy's
and its all old hat now.But both I and Robin G8DRK the repeater keeper for GB3UT would like to try to add teletext to GB3UT facilities.
If anyone can help we would be most grateful.
