DATV repeater callsign ID

A question has been asked about the need to ID DATV repeaters in morse and also the legality of voice announcements.
I have had it confirmed that Ofcom no longer require mandatory ID in morse, identification may be made in the mode that the repeater is using. So digital repeaters should identify in their bit stream - ie within the DVB SI tables - and groups can use voice announcements or test cards to announce the repeater call sign on both analogue and digital TV repeaters.
