Additional recievers on repeaters

Some ATV repeater groups may be running additional receivers on frequencies which are not stated on their current NoV. It can be argued that this is custom and practice that has not done any harm and that in normal circumstances, receivers do not need a license.
This may or may not be the case, but the BATC would suggest that it is not in anybody's interest to publicise them outside the ATV community, such as on the RSGB news service, as this may draw them to Ofcom's attention and result in possible enforcement action.
