Suggestions for improvement when traffic is high

We were happy to use DXspot as a talkback channel during the DATV on 2m experiment on August 22nd 2020. About 30 stations used DXspot simultaneously. DXspot is a good way to create skeds.
In response, I have the following suggestions for DXspot that are useful when it is busy:
1.
The ability to make a text line stand out at the opposing station. Several conversations are mixed up so that the chat messages addressed to a particular station are not always noticeable. This could be done by, for example, starting the text line with "@ [Callsign] text" or "/cq [callsign] text".
2.
It is not possible to log a station for the card that does not have an account or is not known in DXspot. I think it would be useful if this is possible.
