Thanks for the update on your equipment setup for NBDVBT. I have not tried any of the software mentioned not even Windows 11 so I guess it works OK for NBDVBT. I have attached the Radioconda GNU version 3.9.5 for the RTL as a .zip file containing two files .grc and .py. (Thanks for the tip Noel).
Important: Do NOT change the file names otherwise the spectrum display will not be calculated correctly. Also ensure both files are in the same Folder.
