Is it possible to run Narrow Band ATV on Linear Satellites?

Recently, my friend who is interested in both ATV and Satellites asked me if it is possible to make ATV QSOs on Linear Satellites.
I think it is possible when BW<30kHz on RS-44, doppler can be solved by track programs or 'Constant Frequency on Satellite'
But we have no idea which ATV modem we should use. Do you have any advice?

It may be possible, but you should not do it.
