11th/12th October Activity Weekend

This coming weekend looks to be good for tropo according to both the F5LEN and the DX Info Centre. North/South paths favoured initially with propagation improving across the North Sea later.

Fortunately it coincides with the All bands Activity Weekend so there should be plenty of opportunities to make some DX contacts.

Anyone going out portable? Weather should be good for most of the UK.

On Sunday the 12th the BATC is attending the Hornsea Rally at the Driffield Showground in East Yorkshire. Portsdown Clinic and BATC Shop available.

The irony....having fixed my pump-up mast I'm away all weekend at the RSGB convention, along with both Dave G8GKQ and Noel G8GTZ as we are running the BATC stand.
