I am planning on going out portable later today with 70/23.
Tropo forecast looks good but weather does not agree!
If the tropo is not good I may do optical tests instead.
Will update around 2pm to confirm.

Both forecasts do look good from this afternoon through to midnight Sunday.
I'll get my antennas upright in time for your outing; they were luffed for Isha and Jocelyn.

I still have 23cm set up but will be at the Harwell radio club's new year lunch most of the afternoon.
