I forgot to say anything at the time but I had problems with the farmer last time I used Whether Down, even though I had put a £1 in the box so suggest you stay out of the field - I have got a phone number to call him on but not sure it's worth the hassle.

You can park on the track in front of the PMR station - a bit less space but does work OK.

Aiming to be at Dean Hill near Salisbury (IO91EA) setting up from 0930 with all bands 146 MHz - 24 GHz. Talkback 144.75 MHz FM. Weather forcast looks good!

Will have 23cm (10W) with me , just hope to be able to skive off work for a while to have a play. As to location somewhere in the New Forest area. Will only have the phone with me to limit the gear I will have in the works van. Good luck to all those venturing out.
