Hi,
I'm off to Arran for a few days this Friday, till Monday afternoon.
I have a couple of skeds booked, but should hopefully have time for more.
Let me know if you want a try.
I'll be taking 50w and 10 ele on "Two" for talk back.
Sites to operate from on Arran are hard to find and phone comms can be very patchy, so please be patient.
Thanks
Nick G0HIK

Thanks for that Nick. I managed to get the recording the wrong way around and recorded my TX instead of yours I'm afraid.
Not sure what the problem was with my receiver, need to have a look at it, just as well the stuffs small/cheap enough to carry spares!

No Problem, it's so easy to have problems in the shack let alone when out portable.
OK on the RX, modules, but it would be fine to pay a bit more if they were going to work reliably. Simon who I was going to contact also, took two TX units and they both failed, now it's a two to four week wait for replacements to arrive.
