5.6Ghz Access Certificate GB3GQ

With all this 5.6Ghz activity in the mountains and hills, a reminder that GB3GQ has had a 5.665Ghz Vertical on mast for six weeks.

A/V feeds to shack for Rx only stream tests in IO92GQ.

Certificates awarded for anyone managing to get into it's present, for the time being, 100m ASL location.

Tropo looks promising on wed 18th BTW.
