Martyn G3UKV and I plus friends are planning to be on the summit car park of Brown Clee Hill, Shropshire [52.4755446N, 2.59903675W] on Sunday 10 June. Martyn has permission to use the access road. I've only ever activated G/WB-002 for SOTA so this is different.
I'm working hard on the DATV system for 70cm and 23cm but the list of still to build / test is long.

Cheers

My current plan is to go to Whether Down near Petersfield (IO90LX) on the Saturday to work locals in the south of England plus maybe F9ZG and other French stations.

Bands will possibly include:

144.75 MHz NBFM talkback
146.5 MHz DATV
437 MHz DATV
1255 MHz DATV
13cms DATV
9cms DATV
5665 MHz FM ATV
10GHz DATV
24GHz DATV
76GHz DATV

On Sunday, current plan (but not confirmed) is to go to Penn Mill (IO81QF) on the Mendips, primarily to work stations in Bristol and the South West / Wales but also hope to work the team on Brown Clee.

Please post details of your planned activity here and monitor 144.75 MHz and https://www.dxspot.tv/ during the contest.

More updates nearer the time...

I'm only free on Sunday 10th. My plan for the first outing with my Portsdown is to work 437MHz DATV from Whitesheet Hill (IO81UC).

Dave G8GKQ, I should have a good line-of-sight to you on Bullbarrow Hill.

G3NWR / M0SII will be mounting a joint Wirral ARS / Salford University RS roving expedition. The plan (if we don't run out of energy) is to start at Kirkstone Pass IO84ML at 1300 local on the Saturday, then move to Jubilee Tower IO84PA and then move to Winter Hill IO83RO. It would be hard to pin down exact times.

It's possible that on Sunday we may go to Esclusham Mountain IO83KB. That's northerly facing, but if the group on Brown Clee have a northerly take-off, we could stop at a lower southerly facing site on the way.

We'll have 2m D, 23cm A/D, 13cm A/D, 9cm D, 6cm A, 3cm A/D.

Brian
