I will be down at Goonhilly over the Bank Holiday weekend as part of the EME team but I also intend to do some ATV and NB on the way down and back. Currently I'm thinking to take the following:

* 144 / 146 NB and RB-TV

* 437 NB and DATV

* 23cms ATV and DATV

* 5.6 ATV

* 10 GHz NB & DATV

* Possibly 24GHz NB

The outline plan is:

Wednesday 23rd = Dartmoor with G0UHY probably on Hey Tor

Thursday 24th = Cornwall, passing GB3NQ and maybe stopping for a cuppa! There is potential to operate from IN79 square at the bottom on the Lizard if there is sufficient interest and I can find a site.

Friday / Saturday will be at Goonhilly but could possibly come on air for skeds.

Sunday 27th (10GHz NB contest) = Dunkery Beacon near Minehead with exceptional take off to the North East - I'm sure we could work the Leicester area from there on most bands.

Be good to set up some skeds so I know what gear I can leave at home, so please declare an interest now!

I would be keen to look for you on Dunkery Beacon we have worked from there in the past.
70cms 2m 23cms and 5ghz available from home.
I need to get my chainsaw out and clear the take off in that direction, the trees in my garden have got to tall.

Wednesday.
Leave home around 10am aiming to arrive at Hey Tor around 2pm.
Work G8GKQ/p at Povington on 5.6 and 10GHz ATV and anyone else on 10GHz NB.

Thursday.
Arrive IN79 , hopefully be on air by 11am from layby on main road. (point IN79? on this map)
Planning to rig 144, maybe 432 and 10GHz Narrow Band with emphasis on 10GHz – will try to access KST.
Got to go by 3pm to rig at GH but could be persuaded to come back for the evening.

Friday / Saturday.
Primary task is GH EME but have found an OK looking site close by (Point 106) and actually GH itself is OK for the lower bands, so there is a possibility of activity.

Sunday.
Arrive Dunkery Beacon by 10am.
Main objective is to work G8GKQ/p at Cleeve common at 138Kms on 5.6GHz TV and 10GHz DATV plus operate in 10GHz contest.
Will rig 146 and 432 for DATV contacts with G4CPE and GW0KAX and Rob - well it will be worth a try.
Was thinking 24GHz would be good from up there but no skeds arranged yet

When I site I will have 144.170 SSB and 144.750 FM - I will be picking up email but best way to get hold of me is text / phone 07881914287.

A successful end to the DXpedition with successful 2-way video contacts over 136 km between Dunkery Beacon (IO81FD) and Cleeve Common (IO81XW).

Analog FM TV on 5.6GHz and 2MS QPSK MPEG-2 with Sound on 10 GHz.

5.6 GHz used about 2W output with FPV modules.

10 GHz was a Portsdown driving a G3WDG transverter with about 0.5W output.
