As you will have read in CQ-TV we have booked Helidon Lakes for the BGM venue on June 6th
We have the same lecture room
The same Overnight deal on rooms for the Saturday the 5th June
You can book via central reservations ( 0845 074 0030) and quote BATC to get the rates below for Saturday the 5th of June
05/06/10 TO 05/06/10: BED & BREAKFAST PACKAGE SINGLE OCCUPANCY £75.00 PPPN
05/06/10 TO 05/06/10: BED & BREAKFAST PACKAGE DOUBLE/TWIN OCCUPANCY £85.00 PRPN
05/06/10 TO 05/06/10: 3 COURSE DINNER £29.95 PP
If we can get sufficient bookings the Dinner will be a Gala Dinner ( The same as last year)
Its Telephone bookings only for, quote BATC and check the rate
The Evening meal menu will be
Chilled poached salmon, hen egg and frissee salad,
dill white vinaigrette

Roast chicken supreme with wilted spring onions
and lemon thyme potatoes, chicken jus
• • •
Summer pudding, raspberry and mint Chantilly
• • •
Coffee, chocolate truffles
There will be a vegitarian option of:-
First Course
Soup of the day, crusty roll
Marinated courgette and feta salad with sweet and sour tomatoes
Glazed goats cheese on puff pastry, tomato and red pepper chutney
Grilled vegetable terrine, cherry tomato and basil dressing
Second Course
Open ravioli of creamed mushrooms and button onions with crispy ‘pig ear’ mushrooms
Tofu, rice noodle and spring vegetable dashi
Pea and mint risotto with a poached free range hen’s egg and tempura courgette
Baked polenta with herb and stilton crusted field mushroom
Sautéed potato gnocchi with ricotta, butter beans and Mache leaves
If you are attending please drop me an email I need to know name of the people who are attending the Gala dinner
and your preferred menu , It’s difficult to organise this with a hotel who want to know numbers and have already mentioned a contract and cancelation charges
