User accounts deleted

Due to a lot of bogus new accounts appearing, followed closely by spam posts, we have deleted all users that have not posted any messages.

We appreciated that there were some legitimate users amongst those we deleted, but as they hadn't posted any messages it should not be a major issue.

We have also changed the method for registering, new users now have to be approved by a moderator, so if you want to post a message please register and we will do our best to approve the new account requests asap.

Also, when registering for a new account, please use your callsign as your username, or if you are not a licenced radio amateur, please use a sensible username that would distinguish you from possible spammers (who tend to use random characters).
