Digilite capacitor part corrections 18th Oct

Post by G0MXW » Tue Oct 18, 2011 11:01 pm

Dave or whoever,
the published corrections to tantalum cap part numbers on the Digilite corrections page incorrectly states that the original parts were too big. This is not the case, they were in-fact too small. Correct size to fit pcb footprint should be 2312/case C. Suggest 165-8557 for the 10uF and 301-8490 for the 100uF. The 220uF was correct in original parts list and can remain 165-8711 as per original parts list and not as corrected. All part numbers Farnell.

Thanks for that info Dave I will amend the lists as quickly as I can. There are several places where the numbers are displayed now so it takes a while to update them all !Clive G3GJA has suggested that the low ESR version of C1 220uF should be (Farnell) 170-2721 . Details also added to the Hardware changes post.
