The band ending at 438MHz makes it difficult. You would have to use the lowest symbol rate - 1M, possibly 1.33M.

Most receivers are not specified to work below 2MS, but many French stations use low symbol rates. Perhaps they could help.

In Finland regulation is that band ends up at 438Mhz. How this is in UK ?.
There is also regulation that single channel can be max 25khz.
This is typical phone channel . How is this in UK and other countries ?.

I also received information that also 1.2G will be in future limitted due to
new Galileo GPS services. I am suprised because , Galileo should not be Finland only.

Have anybody received this information ?

The UK bandplan for 70cm goes up to 440MHz, with 435-438MHz assigned to fast scan TV and satellite. Does your bandplan allow TV on 70cm?
