Looking for Upconverter info

I'm looking for information about the upconverter used in the "DATV transponder/relay using Digilite and Tutioune" post. http://www.batc.org.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=71&t=1136 It should convert 437 mHz to a frequency in the range of a satellite receiver, 950 to 2150 mHz. Does anyone have model numbers or a source for this device?
