PVR 150 came without a disc ! Found a solution on how to get it working by:

Download drivers from haupagge site
Download win tv 6 package from hauppage site

The setup program complains about the disc not being in the drive....search Google for a hauppage ISO file ....any will do apparently as you won't really be using the files within it

Use ISO mount tool to mount the ISO as a cd drive , this will trick the setup it seems , and run win tv 6 setup ! Worked fine here
