pic 33fj128 already programmed?

Hi,

Is the pic i recieved from batc already programmed with the hex file?
how can i tel?

Yes, the dsPIC is already programmed by the BATC.

Unless you have a programmer, the only way to tell if it is programmed is to install it and see that it works.
