update Flash Media Player on my streem over Tutioune 1600

update Flash Media Player on my streem over Tutioune 1600

How do I update or upgrade my Flash as its out of date for DATV, should I just move to OBS like I use for here?
I want to keep my Titioune 1600 Hamtv running as long as I can on existing equipment and software. Oh, I understand that
ISS will be using 2395 KHZ but what SR(ks), anyone?
