VLC Guru needed!

I would like to record streams when I am not at home.
using windows 7 "task scheduler" I can start VLC at preset times with this command:
vlc rtmp://@rtmp.batc.org.uk/live/oscar100net
but don't know the command(s) needed to activate the recording.
checking the VLC wiki didn't provide any hint!
