Hello,
i am a little confused.
I take a look at some streaming repeaters with an up-to-date browser.
Because Flash is no longer supported, you get a noisy screen ..
Or HTML5 and then there is a delay of about 20 seconds.
Now I just click on GB3CT or GB3FT and the stream can be seen immediately in the new browser.
What do you have to do to be immediately visible in the new browser?

Re: Instantly stream in the new browser
Hi Thomas,
I don't know for sure but it's possible those stream's only stream in HTML5 so no delay to the video starting, but will still have around 20 seconds from the live video.

Re: Instantly stream in the new browser
It's dependent on the BATC Streamer setting for each repeater. Those with noise can still use Flash or by clicking the link it switches the browser to HTML5. Those repeater streams that display immediately are set to HTML5.
You can use VLC player to avoid the HTML5 delay. Try network streaming with this URL: rtmp://rtmp.batc.org.uk/live/gb3ey

Ah ok.. I thought it would also take 20 seconds to see a picture ... everything OK. I misunderstood that ..
