Hello John,

thanks for the two very good BATC Streamer / Quad viewer files, all working perfectly here.

I am using the following minitiounerConfig.ini UDP TS IP's :

232.0.0.12:9999 preset for the Scan & Tune Version and

230.0.0.10:10000 preset for the MT V1.0.1.0r beta.

Is it possible to save these IP's as the 'Default' 230.0.0.1:1234 always comes up after a restart.
would be 'nice to have' but not really all that important as it could be changed in the in the Config.ini file.

Here you go Wolfgang just edit the IPAddress.txt file if you need more addresses.

Hi John,

thankyou very much, that was a very fast response indeed.

Just tested it and everything is working perfectly.
I was very surprised to see that you have even added the MiniTouner UDP TS Addresses which I am useing.
Thanks for your excellent work.

FYI - I've set up a wiki page that you can point people to when they complain about the 15 second stream delay.

https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Watching_the_streamer_with_VLC

Plus there's an article in the CQ-TV about to be published.

Having problem with both streamviewer and VLC-quad. Both when started just give a spinning wheel for about 5 secs then nothing, no error, no start. Tried as local user and administrator, same result. Windows 10 pro, net framework 4.8 installed. Any suggestions ??

I'm having the same problem with the VLC stream viewers on Windows 10. I ran the exe in Visual studio to see if I could track down the fault, and get the following Debug message.

System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException

Message=Class not registered (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80040154 (REGDB_E_CLASSNOTREG))

Sorry as stated in the first post I'm very new to visual studio, only thing that springs to mind is firewall. When first run it should (at least with windows defender) ask for permission to access the network. So one check would be to see if it's a antivirus/firewall issue. When I got my new laptop it had McAfee installed, I soon uninstalled it after it stop lots of apps connecting to my network.

Hope this helps, John G7JTT

One other thought, I take it all files were extracted to the same directory and the exe file ran from there ? I've tried it on Windows 10 home, Windows 7 and 8.1 and it works on all of them. So sorry not sure why it doesn't work on either of your PC's.
