I am trying to configure a VBrick streaming device and the config page has more boxes to fill than the forum or wiki pages cover (see attached image).
What do I put in the gaps?

Strangely when I look at the same page from my phone 60 minutes after having saved what little of the configuration I have completed the view has changed...

Hi Andy

Transport type needs to be RTMP, and check that the destination address is of the form rtmp://rtmp.batc.org.uk/ka5bbc-keykey

The hyphen is impiortant.

After a significant amount of research, and a lot of trial and error, I have found the solution to the problem. I have been able to make several different devices and applications, which do not have options for a straight URL input nor a separate streamkey input, function correctly with the BATC streaming site. It all comes down to understanding the structure of an RTMP url and how each device or application generates this from your input.
Rather than posting the solution here I will do a write-up and post it as a new topic in the hopes that other people will be able to use it to get various pieces of equipment and applications working.

Hi Andy

Pleased to hear that you have made progress.

Rather than publish the solution on the forum, please could you put it on this Wiki Page alomg with all the other solutions? https://wiki.batc.org.uk/Configuring_yo ... _input_URL

If you don't have an account, sin=mply request one and it'll get approved within a short time.

Thanks

I shall do just that.. Give me a few days to type it up in a suitable format.
