Trying to set up a stream, but when I go to the account page, enter details, tick boxes to list it, set type etc when clicking "Save Changes" get the error "Display name is a required field" tried on different browsers, cleared cookies cache etc, any ideas?

I get the same message when I try to change my password in the Account Dashboard.
