BATC Streaming Dashboard

Following some discussion, I have put together a live BATC Streamer Dashboard - running under HTML 5 so it can be viewed on mobile phones as well.
This is experimental but hopefully it is of interest to others. HTML5 stream was used so mobiles can view as well.
Unsure of the new BATC streaming loading, but if the dashboard is of general use, then I may restream from my rack server at a later date.

FYI An odd issue with the new BATC website has been noted where if you were logged in a as member and then close the page, then open your stream, the stream shows as active in the status but the display shows as 'Steam Offline' Logging in as a member and then displaying your stream, then works fine.
