What do I need

Hello all you experts:
I am new to streaming, and at present all I have is a LinkSys Pro 9000 camera. All works well.
What I need is a list of equipment - hardware - software etc.that I can use to scroll through photos (.jpg) on the computer and stream when the camera is not in use.
