Mystery default numbers

Can anyone please advise how to get rid of random numbers in..... "edit your streams details"..... page that has suddenly appeared in the ...."stream"..... box, it does not respond to delete keys but stops my computer streaming.

Hi John, I think I have an idea what's happening, see picture attached.
The Html is for the bottom blue space below stream and chat, as seen on many repeaters etc.
I'm sure Noel will reset this for you if you get stuck, if he gives you new details then look at his guide, probably Step 3...

Hi Peter and Noel
With head held low I offer apologies for not obeying the rules as set out on screen.
When I first started streaming many months ago I never added a new stream consequently the stream number never changed and thought that it was a permanent feature even though instructions plainly indicated otherwise.
