Streaming of pre-recorded video

I am sorry if this has been asked before, but I have not been able to locate it.

I wish to stream videos, that I have made, using Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder. They can fill in between live streaming from cameras. It is also a useful additional tool in live broadcasting, to be able to show a pre-recorded video.

Can anybody tell me how to do it please??
