Checking this list shows that the licence exists but it may be off:

As an Ex member of the club that used to run AD, I can categorically state that it is not on the air, nor is it likeley to be for the forseeable future - lots of issues with the site, local stations, and a lack of time and enthusiasm!

As far as I know Dave G4ETG has all of the repeater stored in his garage.......
