GB3UD quite a decent signal up here in Stockport, I often put a signal through, I imagine there must be a fair old few who actually monitor the box around Stoke, its just good to have a ATV repeater within range, I know the guys who are active on 24cm ATV around Liverpool & the Wirral can sometimes see UD but not enough to be able to work through it.

I can now get into the repeater using a digital signal although the output is still analogue at the moment however the rates are not standard .
Here below are the settings that I use.
Frequency 1249Mhz
VID 162
PMT 32
AUDIO 88
SYMBOL RATE 4160
Look forward to working you

Hi Mike
GB3UD has now gone digital on the output
speaking to Albert G4DHO the repeater keeper
The settings are
Symbol Rate 4167
Video PID 162
Audio PID 88
PCR or PMT PID 32
Fec is 3/4 I think although my reciever seems to set this automatically

You can still access UD using analogue on 1249MHz but there seems to be a sync lock problem which Albert is aware of
and is trying to diagnose.

>> PCR or PMT PID 32

Are you able to clarify that? DigiLite users have the PMT set to 32 and the PCR is carried on the video PID and that works OK. The PCR PID is fixed at the same value as the video PID in DigiLite at the moment.

Note that there is a bug in DigiLite Transmit v1-40 whereby the audio PID is stuck at 257. There's a new release coming soon, but if anyone needs an interim fix for this, drop me a line.

No problem, I wondered if your receiver was showing the PMT. I don't think I've seen one that does.
