Re: Change to digital output
Thanks. I assume the 437MHz input PIDs are the same as the 1249MHz output PIDs.
For the record, could you detail the symbol rates and PIDs used please: PMT,VIDEO,AUDIO,PCR.

Re: Change to digital output
Dangerous to assume anything with DATV!
We've had a HUGE amount of bother with PIDs from different DATV transmitters - all now thankfully resolved.
TX (1316MHz)is based on AGAF boards which are somewhat inflexible and have the following fixed parameters:
Video 33 (dec)
Audio 49 (dec)
PCR 33 (dec)
SR set at 4167 and FEC at 7/8
This presents no issues as person receiving has to do a scan anyway.
RX (437MHz)
Was a huge problem as most units (domestic) cannot receive different transmissions to different standards without rescanning. Impossible (almost) on a remote site.
Now with new RX problem has gone away, it will lock to anything - well almost! - see CQTV a few issues back for details.
Hope this helps
