Thanks Dave, for letting us know.

During the late 1980s I worked in the ITCA development lab at Scottish Television and spent a lot of time working with Mike & Dave Bryant on the first UK built digital studio mixer which was installed at the Thames Television studios in Teddington. It was the first studio which ran all the signal distribution in digital parallel. You have never seen so many ribbon cables in the back of a bay!

Mike was a very talented engineer and an extremely generous person who will be greatly missed.

Further information from Norman Green concerning Mike's Funeral:

Dear Friends,

I would just like to confirm that the funeral of Mike Cox is on Tuesday, May 17th at 12.00pm at Mortlake Crematorium and there is a reception afterwards at The Richmond Hill Hotel TW10 6RW.

Could I please ask you to circulate this email to any of Mike's friends that you may know?

If you could let Barney Cox, (barney.cox@gmail.com), know if you will be attending it would be most useful for calculating the hotel reception numbers.

Many thanks,

Kindest regards,

Norman
