Windows 11 update KB5066131 Breaks DATV Easy V2.08

Last night I found that DATV Easy 2.08 was not working correctly, there was no video being streamed and the two green lights did not come on. I checked all the settings both in DATV Easy and OBS, I even re-installed DATV Easy, but was unable to resolve the issue. The system had been working fine and was used only last week. The only change to the system had been the Windows updates during the week. In desperation I decided to remove the updates, only one was permitted to be removed, this was the October 14, 2025-KB5066131 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 and Microsoft server operating system version 24H2. After removing the update DATV Easy V2.08 worked as expected!
