Hi,

My Poty lens has fallen off my POTY and got mowed up. I had the small black PLA crossed type, I've tried the standard stubby white one that's circular and about 1 inch long but it's very poor. I've been looking to buy another lens, someone said the pointy one is okay, I've been looking for a supplier of just the lens and not a new poty.
Does anybody know of one or can 3d print one I can PayPal them the money if they have one or can print me one.

I could have kicked myself when I saw I'd lost mine.

I think Passion Radio sell the HB9PZK lens.

You can't simply 3D print one. It has to be the correct dielectric material.

Hi, sadly they have none in stock, I've already put my name down to be notified when they come back in.
The one I had was 3D printed from PLA and that worked great.

I can print you one Glen, let me know which FD version you require. That said, I tried one a while back and whilst it worked, it wasn't as good as either a 'Rocket' cap or one I turned up out of rexolite.

Thanks for the offer to print me one. The one I've been using is the one shown on the page and as I can't open the files I don't know which one this is. I would have thought the final one but that's a guess...

I think the three files are for different F/D dishes. A bit of a google should help you work out what your one is, then I can print the required although its not a big print job so I could do you all three for you to try.

If printing the 3 isn't a big job it would give me something to experiment with. If you email me what you want for doing the job plus the postage I can PayPal you the money...

Hi,

I know this is now an old thread but this may help someone. The LNB (Red Eagle Quad) that I use the lens from is still available from Germany, not cheap but what is these days. Ebay item no. 295153312080
