Solid State RF switches

Post by G4GUO » Fri Jun 17, 2022 8:12 pm

I seem to remember awhile ago that the BATC sold some solid state RF switch PCBs. Was I just dreaming?
I am also after something like this https://www.sv1afn.com/en/products/100w ... witch.html
I thought of laying out a board for something similar. The MACOM devices are all in stock at DigiKey but at
the moment, I can't find the enthusiasm to do it.

They are in the shop. Note you can get complete switch boards on Aliexpress/Ebay or from Mouser at a higher cost if you don't fancy fitting the SMD .

Low power only. I have been using the Axicom HF3 series of mechanical RF relays for low power switching. They work well up to 10W or so. They will handle 50W at 2.5Ghz according to the data sheet, but not sure my FR4 PCB from JLC would.
