Antennair Quadrant DTX1

Hi turned on the DTX1 today and just a green screen no o/p or bootup.
Internal battery ok 3.1v
Anything else to check ??
Maybe screen but thought it would have booted and TX'ed

Did you get it working?
I think that I had a similar thing with mine but it began to work after a while. Just left it on after thinking it was dead. I think the red LED coming on is the first indication of working...
