Wegener Panda 1 specs

Hi all,
A bit of a long shot this, but would anyone have any specs or details for the Wegener Panda 1 pre-emphasis system used by some analogue satellite services back in the day? I've found plenty of general overviews but nothing with any good details.
I'm hoping to add support for it to my SDR TV project hacktv.
