Old Microwave modules converter

Hi All,
Has anyone any information on a Microwave Modules receive converter MMC435/70 unit.
It was given to me by the XYL of a local SK ham, and is obviously used to bring 70cm down to the 4m band.
I am wondering if this unit was used in conjunction with the MMC 70/28 to let a 10m rig listen to 70cm,
or was it just a straight conversion to a 4m rig. I can't find any information in MM's adds in the archives of old
mags on the net. Any info would be most appreciated.
