This is my set up
looking from the dish, the sun is to the west and lower than QO100

birds eye view, which shows at the corner of my neighbours house the beam is 14.5m away and 7m above the ground so hopefully all good at my end ?

Maybe - wouldn't you be better moving it along the fence a bit so that you have more clearance? Even if the satellite is visible, houses or vegetation within the RX beamwidth can add noise. This is because they are at say 290K vs the sky temperature of just a few K. If the NF of the LNB isn't great it won't make as much difference compared to a low noise RX. If the dish is large enough that you see transponder noise, it won't matter either.

You forget Mike "She who WILL be obeyed" plays a big part in where the dish is located but yes your right I should of located it a bit further along the fence.
