500W 2.4 GHz CW LDMOS Amplifier Module

Hi,

TDE in Italy make a ready to use module based on the Ampleon BLC2425M10LS500P transistor. Probably needs to be water-cooled.

For CW use, Ampleon say, please note. I believe it is intended for transistorised microwave heating.
