anyone know how much tilt i need to put in to dish to make it level

With the dish face vertical and the feed arm at the bottom the beam will be angled upwards by about 24 degrees. So for a horizontal Beam you need to tilt the dish down by about 24 degrees.
Your picture shows the feed arm at the top which won’t work unless the dish had a massive upwards tilt.
Alternatively you could rotate the dish by 90 degrees so that the feed arm is at the side. The dish face can then be vertical but the beam will be offset in azimuth by 24 degrees.
