help cisco sat rx stream

Ive been given a cisco powerVu D9850 sat receiver DVB-S

I believe it can stream its rx to a TS stream across local network.
but I know very little about multicast/unicast
here are some screen shots of the setup menu.
there are only 4 menu pages and they are all in the screen shots relevant to IP
what the main thing that is confusing me is there is no ref to a port number only IP

how would i set VLC (if possible) to receive the video stream
